Rather unexpectedly this website has
come back to life (see here
for our new site). A recent flurry of interest in our old CDs
has been reported in Australia after
somebody stumbled upon this page, so we thought it was time we
updated it. All the old songs are still here, plus we’ve added the
latest tunes from 2007 – available
together free on the Ryme Intrinzika CD.

to The Contortionists for a great gig on Thursday and to all of you
who came along and made it such a good night (your taste is impeccable,
my dears).
Also,
we are pleased to announce the release this week of The White,
Volume 16, an industry compilation which features our song Suburbia.
Sadly, the CD is not available to buy, but it will shortly be
circulating radio stations and DJ-hovels up and down this
fair kingdom.

Grasshopper songs (My Big Idea
and O' Sister) have
been playlisted by Pulse Rated. The songs will feature on their
internet radio and Sky (channel 0155) broadcasts. If you don't have
broadband or Sky you will just have to hum the songs to yourself
(quietly).

Exciting
stuff: we have just confirmed a date with The
Contortionists at the Pleasure Unit, Bethnal Green on 15th
June. Although this combination of band and venue makes it sound
like an evening of sadomasochistic nastiness, we can assure you
that it will be a fine and varied evening of musical wholesomeness.
